Description
The Innovation Implementation Team was created in recognition of the unique combination of skills required to lead the refinement, scaling and implementation of truly innovative solutions. This team is part of a larger, cross-disciplinary innovation team and has the specific mandate to serve as enablers and thought leaders for the deployment of novel solutions in FINRA's Member Supervision practice, taking ideas from proven concept to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to launching at-scale. As an Innovation Implementation Specialist, you will pull from elements of venture building, product management, organizational change management, design thinking, and go-to-market strategy to refine and launch impactful solutions that ensure FINRA stays on the leading edge of regulatory oversight in fulfilling its mission to the public.As the Associate Director of the Innovation Implementation Team, you will own key programs, develop and lead a team responsible for building, testing, scaling, and implementing multiple complex business solutions. You are supported in the execution of this work by adjacent specialist teams, including Design Thinking, Data Science, Analytics, and Project Management teams. As a program lead, you will be responsible for maintaining close partnerships with our business clients and should be practiced at engaging everyone from front-line staff to executive teams. This is a strategic execution role for someone skilled in honing the value proposition of a solution or service, defining, and measuring success to prove or disprove a solution's merit, and prioritizing the work to progressively build out proven solutions in a way that delivers incremental value and reduces risk. This role is expected to serve as a thought leader for the continued development of the Innovation Implementation function within the organization. A strong candidate will have experience leading others through experimental/learning-based approaches to working.

For work that is performed in CA, CO, New York, NY and WA, the chart below outlines the proposed salary range for the corresponding location. In addition to location, actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
California: Minimum of $111,800, Maximum of $220,900
Colorado: Minimum of $101,500, Maximum of $184,100
New York, NY: Minimum of $121,700, Maximum of $220,900
Washington St: Minimum of $101,500, Maximum of $211,700

Time Off and Paid Leave*
FINRA encourages its employees to focus on their health and wellness in many ways, including through a generous time-off program of 15 days of paid time off, 5 personal days and 9 sick days (all pro-rated in the first year). Additionally, we are proud to support our communities by providing two volunteer service days (based on full-time schedule). Other paid leave includes military leave, jury duty leave, bereavement leave, voting and election official leave for federal, state or local primary and general elections, care of a family member leave (available after 90 days of employment); and childbirth and parental leave (available after 90 days of employment).
