What you will do
We are looking for an Innovation & Transformation Specialist to join our PGIM Innovation group to be part of the team to deliver large initiatives and projects that bring value and additive solutions to PGIM's various business units. This role is at the intersection of where innovation, delivery, and asset management meet. You will need to be results-driven with a passion for transformation and innovation. You will have an opportunity to take part in our global business transformation.
This position is based in our office in Tampa, Florida . Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and/ from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.
What you can expect
Deliver innovation initiatives and projects that bring results, value, and solutions in partnership with the businesses, and the wider functional teams.
Evaluate new concepts and emerging innovation trends within asset management and the financial industry, and develop them into new innovative solutions for the businesses.
Be passionate about innovation and research trends and exciting new developments
Participate in and organize education and culture-enhancing events, workshops, and sessions (e.g., hackathons, conferences).
Work with forward-looking vendors and start-up companies (e.g. FinTechs, MarTechs, PropTechs).
What you will bring
3+ years of proven experience project or product management within the financial industry (for example asset management, investment banking).
Strong analytical skills working with multiple sources of data.
Ability to effectively partner with multiple teams (e.g., stakeholders, functional partners, external vendors) in a matrixed organization.
Ability to communicate effectively, creating presentations, and articulating ideas to stakeholders and management.
Strong organization skills and able to keep to timelines and commitments
What will set you apart
Experience in the financial industry or asset management.
Ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree.
